View of Rangitoto with sea kayaks ready to go
Experience superb 360 degree views of Auckland and the Hauraki Gulf from the top of volcanic Rangitoto Island after a sea kayak crossing from St Heliers Beach.

The trip across from St Heliers Beach takes one to one and a half hours at a cruisy pace. You will explore some of the volcanic coastline of the island before landing for morning tea. Walk to the top of the island for lunch (you provide or we can organise this for you at additional cost).

Depending on time, the walk back can include a side trip through the lava caves. With knowledgeable, experienced guides to look after you, you'll really enjoy this adventure.
